Average wind speed: 0.3-0.5m/s for levels 10 and 100;
The temperature is above 16 ℃ in winter; Summer<26 ℃; Shake ± 2 ℃. Temperature range of 45-65%;
The humidity in the GMP powder workshop should be around 50%;
The humidity in the electronic workshop is slightly high to avoid static electricity. Noise ≤ 65dB (A);
The amount of fresh air compensation is 10% -30% of the total air supply volume; Illuminance of 300LX.
3. Purification engineering structural materials:
1. The walls and roof panels of the purification plant are generally made of 50mm thick sandwich color steel plates, which are characterized by their beauty and strong rigidity. Curved corners, doors, window frames, etc. are generally made of specialized alumina profiles.
2. Epoxy self leveling flooring or wear-resistant plastic flooring can be used on the ground. For those with anti-static requirements, anti-static types can be selected.
3. The return air duct is made of hot-dip galvanized sheet and coated with flame-retardant PF foam plastic sheet with good purification and insulation properties.
4. The air supply outlet is made of stainless steel structure, which is beautiful and clean. The perforated mesh plate is made of baked aluminum plate, which is rust free and dust free, and is suitable for cleaning.
