In design, the division of the system and areas, calculation of air supply volume, determination of temperature and relative temperature, determination of cleanliness level and air exchange rate, fresh air ratio, insulation of air ducts, the influence of biting forms in air duct production on air leakage rate, the influence of connection points of main and branch pipes on air flow resistance, whether flange connections leak air, and the selection of equipment such as air conditioning units, fans, and chillers are all related to energy consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to consider these details in purification engineering.
Select air conditioning unit based on climate conditions
The selection of air conditioning units for purification projects should take into account the climatic environment in which they are located. In northern regions with low temperatures and high dust content in winter, purification projects should add a fresh air preheating section to the general air conditioning unit and use a water spray air treatment method to not only clean the air of dust but also generate thermal exchange to achieve the required temperature and humidity. In the southern regions with humid climate and low dust concentration in the air, there is no need to preheat the fresh air in winter. For air filtration and temperature and humidity regulation, primary filtration is used, and surface ice face is used to regulate temperature and humidity. The temperature and humidity reduction process can also be strengthened, followed by medium efficiency filtration and terminal high-efficiency or sub high efficiency filtration.
Self control equipment ensures full process conditioning
The air filter of the purification engineering air conditioning system increases resistance with the increase of operating time, and in order to maintain the air volume, it is necessary to adjust the air valve in the system. When the purification engineering system is started during commissioning, in order to start the fan without load, the air valve at the outlet of the fan needs to be closed. After the fan is started, it is very difficult to open due to the high pressure received on the air valve. After using the variable frequency speed control equipment to control the pressure difference before and after the air filter in the purification project, the adjustment of the air supply volume will become very easy and the air supply pressure will be stable.
Telephone and fire equipment are indispensable
Setting up telephones and intercoms in purification projects can reduce personnel walking around the clean area, decrease dust emissions, and enable timely communication with external parties in case of a fire, creating conditions for normal operation and communication. In addition, a fire alarm system should be installed in clean engineering to avoid significant economic losses caused by fires that are not easily detected by the outside world.
